Shipping

What are the shipping and handling costs?

These costs will vary, Standard shipping rates will apply.

How long does the order take to ship to me?

You can expect your order to ship within 1-3 business days, and you will receive separate tracking information for each package(s) via email.

Do you ship internationally?

While we're not currently shipping wholesale internationally, we'd love to stay in touch! Please fill out our form to be notified when things change.

Do you sell Wholesale just on True Classic?

Happy to confirm—we also offer wholesale through Faire for those looking to add True Classic to their shop or boutique. Head there to apply and get started!

Can I see a product catalog or price list?

In order to view products and prices, please login into your account once you have been approved.  If this is your first time with the True Classic Corporate Discount Program please Create your account here: Wholesale Application

What is a minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

Please ensure your order reaches the minimum quantity of 48 pieces for each different style you choose. *can not mix/match styles to meet 48 piece minimum.  
We do not make exceptions to send 1 of one style. 

Can I apply a discount code on my order?

Additional discounts are not eligible for wholesale/corporate discount purchases.

What payment methods do you accept?

At this time, True Classic accepts all major credit cards, Paypal, Amazon Pay, GooglePay, and ApplePay.

Can I resell the items?

True Classic products, purchased from, us may be re-sold with embellishment. Re-selling blank products from an unauthorized retail store, website, or any third-party site (i.e., Amazon, Craigslist, eBay, Walmart, etc.) is strictly prohibited. Failure to adhere to these terms will result in losing the privilege to our corporate wholesale program.

Do you offer printing?

To maintain integrity of our products and maintain our focus on quality, True Classic does not offer embroidery or screen printing customization

What if my purchase is Tax exempt?

We accept tax exemptions, please email us at wholesale@trueclassic.com

Cancellation

What If I canceled my order? 

If you see a charge on your credit card for a canceled order, this may be pre-authorization and not a payment. This will be automatically reversed or refunded by your payment provider. 

If you paid by PayPal, then the canceled order will automatically generate a refund back to your account.

When can I anticipate receiving my refund after Cancellation?

Credit card refunds can take up to 7 business days to appear on your statement. We will process your refund promptly, and you will receive a notification once it's initiated.

Paypal refunds are almost instant. If you have received confirmation that a refund was issued but do not see it in your account, please contact us at wholesale@trueclassic.com, to investigate further.

Returns

What is the return policy?

Due to the custom nature of Corporate Wholesale orders, returns and exchanges are not available. However, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you have any quality concerns or need assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us by email wholesale@trueclassic.com.
